Anacoluthon,  anacolutha (pl), anacoluthic (adj)
A syntactical inconsistency or incoherence within a sentence; especially : a shift in an unfinished sentence from one syntactic construction to another (as in "you really ought—well, do it your own way")

Inclusio
A word or phrase that is repeated at the beginning and end of a logical unit of text and serves to define the extent of that logical unit.
