EducationThe GoalThe ultimate goal of all education is to cause the learner to act in a certain way. That action may be physical - psychomotor, (ride a bicycle), mental - cognitive, (take rational action) or emotional - affective, (be characterized by certain qualities). It is evident then, that education occurs best when the learner is guided and encouraged in doing, a mutually desired, end action. This site focuses on education using online learning communities via the internet. We are convinced that learning in community is the most effective and efficient way to learn. TeachingThe teaching button on the left will take you to resources on writing objective in the cognitive and affective domains. There are also some standards for PowerPoint presentations. LearningThe learning button on the left will take you to resources on how to write quality academic papers. These include the research paper, thesis, dissertation, position paper, refutation paper, exposition, commentary, book report (review) or synopsis and others. The first page talks about the basis for choosing courses. CoursesOur staff teaches courses under the auspices of several different organizations and institutions. When these course are online or have an online component they are hosted on another server. Enjoy! |
